The semester's goal of the lighting and shading course was to create a realstic full cgi product packshot. So I decided to make a packshot of a beer bottle and a glass. To create the liquids I tried different techniques. The beer and the bubbles in the bottle are modeled in 3D. The beer and the foam in the glass are simulated with Chaos Groups Phoenix FD. The hardest part on this project was to create a realistic light setup especially the lighting of the beer bottle.
